We care about your privacy. This page describes what RallySense collects, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have.
1. What we collect
- Account info: email, phone, display name, avatar.
- Usage: sign-in time, click traces, upload records — to improve service.
- Videos & analysis: uploaded match videos, AI-generated reports and stats.
- Device: device model, OS version, IP address (for security only).
2. How we use it
We use the above to deliver analysis, prevent abuse, send service notices, and improve the product. We don't sell your data to anyone.
3. Sharing
We don't share your data with third parties except:
- Necessary cloud providers (storage, CDN) — minimum needed scope;
- Payment processors (when you subscribe) — only the necessary transaction data;
- Lawful requests by competent authorities.
4. Security
Videos and personal data are transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted. Access follows least-privilege; sensitive operations are audit-logged.
5. Your rights
- Access, correct or delete your data;
- Export your videos and reports;
- Delete your account;
- Withdraw consent (some features may stop working).
6. Minors
If you're under 14, please use the service only with guardian supervision. We don't knowingly collect minors' data; if we discover any, we delete it immediately.
7. Updates
For material changes we'll post a notice in-product and email you when applicable.
